1) The property known as Les Deux Chênes
Cottage (the Property), is offered for holiday rental subject
to the confirmation by Vivienne Forrester and David Owen,
(the Owners), to the renter, (the Client). The Client is
deemed to be acting on behalf of all members of the party
and that they have read, understood and agreed all terms
and conditions.
2) To reserve the Property, the
Client should check the
availability with the owner and then complete
the Booking Form on the Owner's website and send
it via the internet.

will send a confirmation invoice and statement.
This is the formal
acceptance of the booking
The deposit is one third of the total cost
of the holiday, or payment in full if
booking is 8 weeks or less from first day of
arrival.
3) The balance of the rent, together with
security deposit is payable not less than eight weeks before
the start of the rental period. If payment is not received
by the due date, the Owners reserve the right to give notice
in writing that the reservation is cancelled. Reservations
made within eight weeks of the start of the rental period
require full payment with security deposit payment at the
time of booking.
4) The deposit, final payment,

5) A security deposit of £100 (sterling)
per booking is required at the same time as the final payment

to the Client for the security deposit and refund the balance
due within two weeks after the end of the rental period.
Any chargeable expenses arising during the rental period

is given an extra charge may be made.

law-abiding tenant, and to take good care of the Property
and to leave it in a clean and tidy condition at the end
of the rental period. The Owners reserve the right to make
a retention from the security deposit to cover additional
cleaning if the Client does not leave the Property in the
state they found it on arrival.
9) The Owners agree that the Client complying
with these terms and conditions may quietly enjoy the Property
during the rental period without undue interference from
the Owners. However,
a) the Owners (who will be living in the
farmhouse within the grounds of the Property) will be
about the grounds on a daily basis to attend to the gardens,
pool and vegetable patch and do any necessary maintenance
including pool cleaning and grass cutting.
b) The Owners and other house guests will have equal access
and use of the pool and tennis court.
