Set amongst countryside and vineyards in a tiny hamlet between the towns of Doué-La-Fontaine and Bouillé-Loretz, Les Deux Chênes is available as a self-catering gite sleeping 6 during school summer holidays and B&B at all other times.   When rented as a gite, David and Vivienne live in a separate cottage on the same site adjacent to the main house. The cottage is available as a self catering gite sleeping 2 to 4 outside the school summer holidays

Farmhouse Gite Accomodation:
3 bedrooms each with wash hand basin, en-suite WC and shower.   Good quality zip and link beds (3ft twins or superking double, as preferred).   Well equipped kitchen/diner with dishwasher.   There is a small separate bathroom with bath & washing machine.  Two large sitting rooms with log burners, one with large dining table, one with combi-TV and hi-fi & DVD player. Games room with table tennis, darts etc.

Cottage Accomodation:
1 upstairs bedroom with a double and a 3' single bed, french doors leading onto raised terrace. Downstairs open plan kitchen/lounge with shower, washbasin & WC room leading off. Well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven & microwave. Lounge with combi television with DVD player.

Cottage: Option of 2^nd bedroom sleeping 2.
We are happy for a party of more than 2 who all wish to self-cater in the cottage to use one of our en-suite bedrooms in the farmhouse (if not already booked for B&B) as a second bedroom

B&B Accommodation:
2 bedrooms each with wash hand basin, en-suite WC and shower.   
Both bedrooms have good quality zip and link beds (3ft twins or
superking double, as prefered). The cottage bedroom can be offered
as a 3^rd B&B Bedroom if not already booked as a Gîte. This has a 4'6" double and a 3' single giving the option of two separate beds if required.
Guests dining room/sitting room with log burner. Games room with table tennis, darts etc.

For a charge we will do your food shopping, house cleaning, washing, ironing and evening meals.

Important Notice:
At Les Deux Chênes we try to ensure our guests can have a completely peaceful and relaxing holiday therefore; outside the school/college summer holidays we only accept children if B&B guests are prepared to book at least 2 rooms and the third room is not already booked.   Should someone wish to subsequently book the third room they will be advised that a family with children is staying at the same time.
